The customer provided the cake stand (from TJ Maxx Home Goods) and the silk flowers, and we took care of the rest!

Don't you just love the colors of the flowers? So festive, rustic, and elegant all at the same time.

Hello & welcome to my blog! I'll predominantly talk about my experiences with sugar artistry, but I'll probably also talk about everything else I love - family, Nani, soccer, etc. I hope you enjoy perusing the cake pictures as much as I have enjoyed creating them!

Mel, I had a basket weave wedding cake back in 1989. Saw it on the Martha Stewart wedding book way back then. The lady that made my cake had never done one but it was beautiful!
